Robert was clear and easy to work with. He put my wife and I in a position to succeed with a conventional loan and cash out. It would have been easy for him to tell us that this wouldn't work and that we should just streamline our current FHA loan. Every person who touched our loan at NJ Lenders and at the title company was professional and prompt. When we left the closing yesterday I felt like I actually understood every document I signed. I would highly recommend Robert and his team!
