I was very unsure which path to take with my home ownership decisions, yet he explained all my options and walked me through every step possible. I can't stress enough how easy he made my process even when we had some unforeseen things pop up along the way. I came to the table learning on the job (so to speak), and was somewhat unorganized to begin the process.
