William and his team are very responsive are on top of the entire mortgage process from start to finish. I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with Will, I will most definitely be using his services on my next real estate venture.

When I first stopped into the office I was confused and trying to figure out what to do. William explained things to me about getting pre-approved. The first mortgage company that I spoke to did not. I decided to get pre-approved with him. Then I found the place that I wanted to buy. Marie and William got me through the overwhelming process of submitting documents, etc. in order to get a mortgage. They always got back to me when it was important to do so. I was able to close on time!
