My wife did most of the leg work on our end, that said Gene made the mortgage process enjoyable with a comfortable 30 yr fixed rate. Initially I was looking for an ARM, but Gene politely reminded me we currently live in a world with an inverted yield curve so the fixed rate was a better play. Indeed it is. I am very pleased with the mortgage terms which makes the transaction nicer. Thanks Gene!
